The Therma-Tek TEK70-N is a high-performance gas fryer designed for commercial kitchens. This free-standing model features a robust 70 lb. oil capacity, allowing for large batch frying. Constructed with a durable stainless steel fry pot, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The fryer operates within a temperature range of 200°F to 400°F, providing versatility for various cooking needs. Equipped with an Invensys® thermostat and an auto reset high limit, it guarantees precise temperature control and safety. The 1-1/4" ball type drain facilitates efficient oil disposal, while the flue deflector enhances safety by directing heat away from the cooking area. A pressure regulator is included for optimal gas flow management. The fryer comes with two nickel chrome wire mesh baskets for easy food handling and is supported by stainless steel front and sides for a sleek appearance. With 6" adjustable legs, it can be tailored to fit your kitchen layout. Operating at 140,000 BTU, the Therma-Tek TEK70-N is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
