Description
The Therma-Tek TMD48-12G-6-2 is a high-performance 48" gas restaurant range designed for efficiency and durability. It features six powerful 30,000 BTU individual cast iron lift-off burners, providing ample cooking power for various dishes. The left side includes a 12" griddle with a 5/8" thick polished steel plate, perfect for searing and sautéing. This range is equipped with two space-saver ovens, each featuring a removable chrome-plated rack for versatile cooking options. The valve control for burners and thermostat control for the oven ensure precise temperature management. A pressure regulator and a spill-proof pilot ignition system enhance safety and reliability. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, the range includes a stainless steel oven interior door panel and oven bottom panel for easy cleaning. The 5" stainless steel front rail adds to its robust design, while the 6" adjustable legs provide stability on any surface. With a total output of 264,000 BTU, this range meets cULus and UL-Sanitation standards, making it an ideal choice for busy commercial kitchens.
