The left side is equipped with a 36" griddle, featuring a 5/8" thick polished steel plate for even heat distribution and durability. This range includes a standard oven with a removable chrome-plated rack, allowing for easy cleaning and flexibility in cooking. The 12" cabinet base offers additional storage space, while the valve control for burners and thermostat control for the oven ensure precise temperature management. Safety and efficiency are prioritized with a pressure regulator and a spill-proof pilot ignition system. The stainless steel oven interior door panel and oven bottom panel enhance durability and ease of maintenance.
