The Therma-Tek TMD72-12G-10-2 is a high-performance 72" gas restaurant range designed for commercial kitchens. It features ten powerful 30,000 BTU individual cast iron lift-off burners, providing exceptional heat control for various cooking needs. The left side is equipped with a 12" griddle, featuring a durable 5/8" thick polished steel plate for even heat distribution. This range includes two standard ovens, each with a removable chrome-plated rack, allowing for versatile cooking options. The valve control for burners and thermostat control for the oven ensure precise temperature management. A pressure regulator and a spill-proof pilot ignition system enhance safety and reliability. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, the range is not only durable but also easy to clean. The stainless steel oven interior door panel and oven bottom panel add to its longevity. The 5" stainless steel front rail and 6" adjustable legs provide stability and a professional appearance. With a total output of 390,000 BTU, this range meets the demands of any busy kitchen while complying with cULus and UL-Sanitation standards.
