The Therma-Tek TMD72-24G-8-2 is a high-performance 72" gas restaurant range designed for commercial kitchens. It features eight powerful 30,000 BTU individual cast iron lift-off burners, providing exceptional cooking versatility. The left side includes a 24" griddle with a 5/8" thick polished steel plate, perfect for preparing a variety of dishes. This range is equipped with two standard ovens, each featuring a removable chrome-plated rack for easy cleaning and optimal cooking space. The valve control for burners and thermostat control for the oven ensure precise temperature management. A pressure regulator and a spill-proof pilot ignition system enhance safety and reliability. The stainless steel construction, including the oven interior door panel and bottom panel, ensures durability and easy maintenance. The 5" stainless steel front rail adds to the professional appearance, while the 6" adjustable legs provide stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 360,000 BTU, this range meets the demands of any busy kitchen and is cULus and UL-Sanitation certified for safety and compliance.
