It is equipped with two steel radiants and a 3/4" thick ultra-smooth polished steel plate, ensuring even heat distribution and optimal cooking results. The griddle offers two independent cooking zones with precise thermostatic controls for versatile cooking options. Designed for convenience, it includes a front grease trough and chute for easy cleanup, along with side and rear splash guards to maintain a tidy workspace. The unit is supported by 4" nickel-plated steel legs and features a durable stainless steel front panel, bullnose, and a removable drip tray for added functionality. With a powerful output of 40,000 BTU, this griddle is perfect for high-demand cooking environments. It is cULus and UL EPH certified and proudly made in the USA. Each unit is shipped with an LP conversion kit for added versatility.
