The Town MF-4-SS is a high-performance gas wok range designed for professional kitchens. It features a MasterRange® design with a flue for efficient ventilation. The unit includes four cast iron, brick-lined chambers that provide excellent heat retention and distribution. Each chamber is equipped with a swing faucet mounted on a 25-inch backsplash for easy access to water. A strainer basket is included for convenient food preparation. The knee "L" lever gas handle allows for hands-free operation, enhancing safety and efficiency.
