The Town SM-24-L-SS-N is a high-performance Chinese Pork Roaster and Smoker designed for versatility and efficiency. This MasterRange® Smokehouse operates on natural gas and features three aluminum tubular burners, delivering a powerful 45,000 BTU output. The temperature range is adjustable from 125°F to 550°F, allowing for precise cooking control. Constructed with a fully insulated cabinet, this unit ensures optimal heat retention and energy efficiency. The door is hinged on the left for easy access, while the stainless steel front and sides provide durability and a sleek appearance. The galvanized top and rear enhance the overall robustness of the design. Included with the roaster are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, perfect for creating flavorful, moist dishes. The adjustable stainless steel legs, measuring 7-3/4 inches, allow for customizable height to fit your cooking space. This product is ETL and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
