This MasterRange® Smokehouse features a durable propane gas system with three aluminum tubular burners, delivering a powerful 45,000 BTU output. The temperature range is adjustable from 125°F to 550°F, allowing for precise cooking control. Constructed with a fully insulated cabinet, this roaster ensures optimal heat retention and efficiency. The left-hinged door provides easy access, while the stainless steel front and sides offer a sleek, professional appearance. The galvanized top and rear enhance durability against the elements. Included with the unit are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, perfect for adding moisture and flavor to your dishes. The adjustable stainless steel legs, measuring 7-3/4 inches, allow for customizable height to suit your cooking space. This product is ETL and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
