The fully insulated cabinet ensures optimal heat retention, while the left-hinged door provides easy access to your culinary creations. Constructed with a durable galvanized exterior, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. It includes six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan for enhanced flavor and moisture retention during cooking.
