Equipped with three aluminum tubular burners, it delivers a powerful 45,000 BTU output, allowing for precise temperature control from 125°F to 550°F via an easy-to-use thermostat. The fully insulated cabinet ensures optimal heat retention, while the right-hinged door provides convenient access. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a galvanized top and rear, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. It includes six stainless steel skewers for versatile cooking options and a stainless steel water pan to enhance moisture retention during the smoking process. The adjustable stainless steel legs, measuring 7-3/4 inches, allow for customizable height to fit your workspace.
