The Town SM-24-R-STD-N is a high-performance Chinese Pork Roaster and Smoker designed for versatility and efficiency. This MasterRange® Smokehouse operates on natural gas and features a spacious 24-inch cooking area. It is equipped with three aluminum tubular burners that deliver a powerful 45,000 BTU output, ensuring even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The temperature range of 125°F to 550°F allows for precise control over your cooking process, making it suitable for a variety of dishes. The fully insulated cabinet retains heat effectively, while the right-hinged door provides easy access to your food. The galvanized exterior ensures durability and resistance to the elements. Included with the roaster are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, enhancing your cooking options. The adjustable stainless steel legs, measuring 7-3/4 inches, allow for customizable height to fit your workspace. This unit is ETL and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
