The temperature range is adjustable from 125°F to 550°F, allowing for precise cooking control. Constructed with a fully insulated cabinet, this unit ensures optimal heat retention and energy efficiency. The door is conveniently hinged on the left for easy access. The exterior boasts a sleek stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a galvanized top and rear for enhanced durability. Included with the roaster are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, perfect for infusing moisture and flavor into your dishes. The adjustable stainless steel legs, measuring 7-3/4 inches, provide stability on various surfaces. This product is ETL and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and quality standards.
