The Town SM-30-R-STD-P is a high-performance Chinese Pork Roaster and Smoker designed for versatility and efficiency. This MasterRange® Smokehouse features a robust propane gas system with four aluminum tubular burners, delivering a powerful 60,000 BTU output. The temperature range is adjustable from 125°F to 550°F, allowing for precise cooking control. Constructed with a fully insulated cabinet, this roaster ensures optimal heat retention and energy efficiency. The door is conveniently hinged on the right for easy access. Its durable galvanized exterior is built to withstand the rigors of outdoor cooking. Included with the unit are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, enhancing your cooking options and flavor infusion. The adjustable stainless steel legs, measuring 7-3/4 inches, provide stability on various surfaces. The Town SM-30-R-STD-P is ETL and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards for commercial use.
