This MasterRange® Smokehouse operates on natural gas and features a spacious 36" cooking area. Equipped with five aluminum tubular burners, it delivers a powerful 75,000 BTU output, ensuring optimal heat for roasting and smoking. The temperature range is adjustable from 125°F to 550°F, allowing for precise cooking control. Its fully insulated cabinet retains heat effectively, while the left-hinged door provides easy access. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a galvanized top and rear, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. Included are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, enhancing your cooking options. The adjustable stainless steel legs, measuring 7-3/4", ensure stability on various surfaces. The Town SM-36-L-SS-N is ETL and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for professional kitchens.
