The Town SM-36-L-SS-P is a high-performance Chinese Pork Roaster and Smoker designed for versatility and efficiency. This MasterRange® Smokehouse features a robust propane gas system with five aluminum tubular burners, delivering a powerful 75,000 BTU output. The temperature range is adjustable from 125°F to 550°F, allowing for precise cooking control. Constructed with a fully insulated cabinet, this unit ensures optimal heat retention for consistent cooking results. The door is hinged on the left for easy access, while the stainless steel front and sides provide durability and a sleek appearance. The galvanized top and rear enhance the unit's resilience against the elements. Included with the roaster are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, perfect for adding moisture and flavor to your dishes. The adjustable stainless steel legs, measuring 7-3/4", allow for customizable height to suit your cooking environment. This product is ETL and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
