The Town SM-36-L-STD-P is a high-performance Chinese Pork Roaster and Smoker designed for versatility and efficiency. This MasterRange® Smokehouse features a robust propane gas system with five aluminum tubular burners, delivering a powerful 75,000 BTU output. The temperature range is adjustable from 125°F to 550°F, allowing for precise cooking control. Constructed with a fully insulated cabinet, this roaster ensures optimal heat retention and energy efficiency. The door is conveniently hinged on the left for easy access. Its galvanized exterior provides durability and resistance to the elements. Included with the unit are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, enhancing your cooking options. The adjustable stainless steel legs, measuring 7-3/4 inches, allow for stability on various surfaces. The Town SM-36-L-STD-P is ETL and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
