This one-section unit features a 27"W design that accommodates up to eight 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included) and is rated for use with 6" deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The solid door, hinged on the right and field-reversible, provides easy access to stored ingredients. Equipped with a full-length removable cutting board, this prep table enhances workspace functionality. The electronic control with LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section offer ample storage for ingredients. The unit is mobile, thanks to 4" casters, and operates using environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. With a 1/5HP compressor and 2.4 amps, it delivers reliable cooling performance.
