The Traulsen CLPT-2712-SD-L is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This one-section refrigerated counter features a 27"W design that accommodates up to 12 (1/6 size) 4" deep pans, with the capability to use 6" deep pans as well. The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum for easy cleaning and maintenance. Equipped with a solid door that hinges on the left and is field-reversible, this unit provides flexibility in layout. It includes a full-length removable cutting board for added workspace and convenience. The electronic control with an LED display allows for precise temperature management, ensuring optimal food preservation. Inside, you'll find two epoxy-coated shelves per section, providing ample storage for ingredients and supplies. The unit is mounted on 4" casters for easy mobility, making it simple to reposition as needed. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the Traulsen CLPT-2712-SD-L operates efficiently with a 1/5HP compressor and 2.4 amps, meeting cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and reliability.
