The Traulsen CLPT-3610-SD-LL is a compact refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit features a 36"W design that accommodates up to ten 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included) and is rated for use with 6" deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The solid doors are hinged on the left and can be reversed in the field for flexible installation. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic control system with an LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section offer organized storage.
