The Traulsen CLPT-3610-SD-LR is a compact refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit features a 36"W design that accommodates up to ten 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included) and is rated for use with 6" deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The solid doors are hinged on the left and right, allowing for flexible access and are field reversible for customization. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic control with LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section offer organized storage. Equipped with 4" casters for mobility, this unit utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. With a 1/5 HP compressor and a power consumption of 2.4 amps, it is both powerful and energy-efficient.
