The Traulsen CLPT-3610-SD-RR is a compact refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit features a 36"W design that accommodates up to ten 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included) and is rated for use with 6" deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The solid doors are hinged on the right and can be reversed in the field for flexible installation. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic control with LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section offer organized storage. Equipped with 4" casters for mobility, this unit utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates at 1/5 HP with a power consumption of 2.4 amps. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for food service operations.
