The Traulsen CLPT-3615-SD-LR is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a 36"W design that accommodates up to 15 (1/6 size) 4" deep pans, with the capability to use 6" deep pans as well. Its durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The unit is equipped with solid doors that can be hinged on the left or right, allowing for flexible installation. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic control system with an LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section offer organized storage. Mobility is enhanced with 4" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/5 HP compressor with a power consumption of 2.4 amps. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
