The Traulsen CLPT-3615-SD-RR is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a 36"W design that accommodates up to 15 (1/6 size) 4" deep pans, with the capability to use 6" deep pans as well. Its durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. Equipped with solid doors that are hinged on the right (field reversible), this unit provides easy access to ingredients. The full-length removable cutting board enhances prep space, while the electronic control with LED display allows for precise temperature management. Each section includes two epoxy-coated shelves for organized storage. Mobility is facilitated by 4" casters, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, making it an eco-friendly choice. With a 1/5HP compressor and a power consumption of 2.4 amps, this unit is both efficient and reliable. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
