The Traulsen CLPT-4812-SD-LR is a compact refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit features a 48" width and is capable of accommodating up to twelve 1/6 size pans, 4" deep (included), with a rating for use with 6" deep pans. The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum for easy cleaning and maintenance. Equipped with solid doors that can be hinged left or right (field reversible), this prep table offers flexibility in layout. It includes a full-length removable cutting board for added workspace and convenience. The electronic control system features an LED display for easy monitoring of temperatures. Each section contains two epoxy-coated shelves, providing ample storage for ingredients and supplies. Mobility is enhanced with 4" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/5HP compressor with a 2.6 amp draw. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
