The Traulsen CLPT-6016-SD-RR is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a 60" width and is capable of accommodating up to 16 standard 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included), with a rating for use with 6" deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The solid doors are hinged on the right and can be reversed in the field for flexible installation. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic control system includes an LED display for easy monitoring of temperature settings. Each section is equipped with two epoxy-coated shelves, offering organized storage for ingredients. Mobility is enhanced with 4" casters, while the unit operates efficiently with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5HP compressor, drawing only 2.6 amps. The CLPT-6016-SD-RR is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
