Description
The Traulsen CLPT-7220-DW is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This compact prep table features a 72" width and includes six fully removable drawers, each capable of holding a combination of one 1/2 size pan and one 1/3 size pan. It accommodates up to twenty 1/6 size pans (4" deep), which are included, and is rated for use with 6" deep pans. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. It comes equipped with a full-length removable cutting board for added convenience during food prep. The electronic control system features an LED display for precise temperature management. Mobility is enhanced with six casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/5HP compressor with a 2.6 amp draw. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
