The Traulsen CLPT-7220-SD-LLL is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit measures 72 inches wide and accommodates up to 20 1/6 size pans, with 4-inch deep pans included and compatibility for 6-inch deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The unit features solid doors that are hinged left and can be reversed in the field for flexible access. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic control system with an LED display allows for precise temperature management, while each section includes two epoxy-coated shelves for organized storage. Mobility is enhanced with six casters, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. With a 1/5HP compressor and a power draw of 2.6 amps, this unit is both powerful and energy-efficient. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
