Description
The Traulsen CLPT-7230-DW is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This 72"W refrigerated counter features six fully removable drawers, accommodating up to 30 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included) and rated for use with 6" deep pans. Each drawer can hold one 1/2 size pan and one 1/3 size pan, providing versatile storage options. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. It includes a full-length removable cutting board for added workspace. The electronic control with LED display allows for precise temperature management, while the six casters facilitate mobility for easy cleaning and repositioning. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5HP compressor, the unit operates at 2.6 amps, making it energy-efficient. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
