Description
The Traulsen CLPT-7230-SD-LRR is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This three-section mega top sandwich and salad unit features a spacious 72" width, accommodating up to 30 (1/6 size) 4" deep pans, with the capability to use 6" deep pans as well. Its durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The unit includes solid doors that can be hinged on the left or right, allowing for flexible placement in your kitchen. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food prep. The electronic control system with an LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section offer organized storage. Mobility is enhanced with six casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit operates with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/5 HP compressor with a power consumption of 2.6 amps. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
