Description
The Traulsen CLST-2708-SD-L is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit measures 27"W and is equipped to accommodate eight 1/6 size pans (4" deep), with a rating for use with 6" deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The solid door, hinged on the left and field-reversible, provides convenient access. A full-length removable cutting board enhances workspace efficiency, while the electronic control with LED display allows for precise temperature management. Inside, you'll find two epoxy-coated shelves per section for organized storage. The unit is mounted on 4" casters for easy mobility. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates with a 1/5 HP compressor and 2.4 amps, meeting cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and performance.
