Description
The Traulsen CLST-2708-SD-R is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit measures 27"W and is equipped to hold up to eight 1/6 size pans, with four-inch deep pans included and compatibility for six-inch deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The solid door is hinged on the right and can be reversed in the field for flexible installation. This model features a full-length removable cutting board for convenient food prep, along with electronic controls and an LED display for precise temperature management. Inside, you'll find two epoxy-coated shelves per section for organized storage. The unit is mounted on 4" casters for easy mobility. It operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/5 HP compressor with a 2.4 amp draw, and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and efficiency.
