The Traulsen CLST-2712-SD-L is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a one-section, 27"W design that accommodates up to twelve 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included) and is rated for use with 6" deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The solid door, hinged on the left and field-reversible, provides easy access to stored ingredients. A full-length removable cutting board enhances workspace efficiency, while the electronic control with LED display allows for precise temperature management. The unit includes two epoxy-coated shelves per section for organized storage. Mobility is facilitated by 4" casters, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling.
