Description
The Traulsen CLST-3610-SD-LL is a compact refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit features a 36"W design that accommodates up to ten 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included) and is rated for use with 6" deep pans. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The solid doors are hinged on the left and can be reversed in the field for flexible installation. Equipped with a full-length removable cutting board, this prep table enhances workspace functionality. The electronic control with an LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section provide ample storage for ingredients. Mobility is facilitated by 4" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates efficiently with a 1/5 HP compressor and 2.4 amps of power. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
