Description
The Traulsen CLST-3610-SD-LR is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a 36"W design that accommodates up to ten 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included) and is rated for use with 6" deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and easy cleaning. The solid doors are hinged on the left or right and can be field-reversed for flexible installation. Equipped with a full-length removable cutting board, this prep table enhances workspace efficiency. The electronic control with LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section provide ample storage. The unit is mounted on 4" casters for easy mobility. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates with a 1/5 HP compressor and 2.4 amps, meeting cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and performance.
