Description
The Traulsen CLST-3615-SD-LL is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a 36"W design that accommodates up to 15 included 1/6 size pans, with a capacity for 6" deep pans as well. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the exterior and interior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The unit includes solid doors that are hinged on the left and can be field-reversed for flexible installation. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic control system features an LED display for easy monitoring of temperatures. Each section is equipped with two epoxy-coated shelves, offering organized storage for ingredients. Mobility is enhanced with 4" casters, allowing for easy repositioning. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensuring energy efficiency, and is powered by a 1/5 HP compressor with a 2.4 amp draw. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for food service operations.
