Description
The Traulsen CLST-4812-SD-LL is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a 48"W design that accommodates up to twelve 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included) and is rated for use with 6" deep pans. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The solid doors are hinged on the left and can be reversed in the field for flexible installation. Equipped with a full-length removable cutting board, this prep table enhances workspace efficiency. The electronic control system includes an LED display for easy monitoring of temperatures. Each section contains two epoxy-coated shelves, providing ample storage for ingredients. The unit is mounted on 4" casters for easy mobility. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates with a 1/5 HP compressor and 2.6 amps, ensuring efficient cooling while meeting cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
