Description
The Traulsen CLST-4818-SD-RR is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This two-section Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a spacious 48"W design that accommodates up to 18 (1/6 size) 4" deep pans, with the capability to use 6" deep pans as well. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the exterior and interior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The unit includes solid doors that are hinged on the right and can be field-reversed for flexible installation. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food prep. The electronic control system with an LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section offer organized storage for ingredients and supplies. Mobility is enhanced with 4" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/5 HP compressor with a power consumption of 2.6 amps. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
