Description
The Traulsen CLST-6016-DW is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This unit features four fully removable drawers, each capable of accommodating a full 6" deep pan, with the capacity to hold up to sixteen 1/6 size pans (4" deep pans included). Its stainless steel exterior and interior ensure durability and easy cleaning. The full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Equipped with electronic controls and an LED display, this unit offers precise temperature management. It operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensuring energy efficiency, and is powered by a 1/5 HP compressor with a 2.6 amp draw. The unit is mounted on 4" casters for easy mobility and is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for safety and compliance.
