Description
The Traulsen CLST-6016-SD-LL is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit measures 60"W and accommodates up to 16 (1/6 size) pans, with 4" deep pans included and rated for use with 6" deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The solid doors are hinged on the left and can be reversed in the field for flexible installation. Equipped with a full-length removable cutting board, this prep table enhances workspace efficiency. The electronic control features an LED display for easy monitoring of temperatures. Each section includes two epoxy-coated shelves for organized storage. The unit is mounted on 4" casters for mobility and convenience. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates with a 1/5 HP compressor and 2.6 amps, ensuring energy efficiency. The CLST-6016-SD-LL is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for food service environments.
