Description
The Traulsen CLST-6016-SD-LR is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit measures 60"W and is engineered to accommodate up to 16 (1/6 size) pans, with 4" deep pans included and rated for use with 6" deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The solid doors are hinged on the left or right and can be field-reversed for flexible installation. Equipped with a full-length removable cutting board, this prep table enhances workspace efficiency. The electronic control features an LED display for precise temperature management. Each section includes two epoxy-coated shelves for organized storage. The unit is mounted on 4" casters for easy mobility. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates with a 1/5 HP compressor and 2.6 amps, meeting cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and performance.
