Description
The Traulsen CLST-6024-SD-LL is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a spacious 60" width and accommodates up to 24 (1/6 size) 4" deep pans, with the capability to use 6" deep pans as well. Its durable stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The unit is equipped with solid doors that are hinged on the left and can be field-reversed for flexible installation. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic control system with an LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section offer organized storage. Mobility is enhanced with 4" casters, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly performance. With a 1/5 HP compressor and a power consumption of 2.6 amps, this unit is both efficient and reliable. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a safe choice for food service environments.
