Description
The Traulsen CLST-7220-DW is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This compact prep table features a 72" width and includes six fully removable drawers, each capable of holding one 1/2 size pan and one 1/3 size pan, accommodating a total of 20 included 1/6 size pans that are 4" deep. The unit is rated for use with 6" deep pans, providing versatility for various food storage needs. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, the CLST-7220-DW ensures longevity and easy cleaning. It comes equipped with a full-length removable cutting board for convenient food prep. The electronic control system features an LED display for easy monitoring of temperature settings. Mobility is enhanced with six casters, allowing for easy repositioning in busy kitchen environments. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/5 HP compressor with a 2.6 amp draw, meeting cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and efficiency.
