The Traulsen CLST-7220-SD-LLL is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit measures 72 inches wide and accommodates up to 20 1/6 size pans, with 4-inch deep pans included and compatibility for 6-inch deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The unit features solid doors that are hinged left and can be reversed in the field for flexible access. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic control system with an LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section offer organized storage. Mobility is enhanced with six casters, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for energy efficiency. With a 1/5 HP compressor and a power draw of 2.6 amps, this unit is both powerful and efficient.
