This Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a spacious 72" width and includes six fully removable drawers, each capable of holding one 1/2 size pan and one 1/3 size pan, accommodating a total of 30 included 1/6 size pans that are 4" deep. The unit is rated for use with 6" deep pans, providing versatility for various food items. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, this prep table ensures longevity and easy maintenance. It comes equipped with a full-length removable cutting board, enhancing workspace functionality. The electronic control system features an LED display for precise temperature management, while the six casters allow for easy mobility. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor, the unit operates at 2.6 amps, ensuring efficient cooling performance.
