Description
The Traulsen CLST-7230-SD-LRR is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This compact prep table features a three-section design with a generous 72" width, accommodating up to 30 (1/6 size) 4" deep pans, with the capability to use 6" deep pans as well. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the exterior and interior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The unit includes solid doors that can be hinged on the left, right, or configured for field reversal, providing flexibility in your kitchen layout. A full-length removable cutting board enhances workspace efficiency, while the electronic control with LED display allows for precise temperature management. Each section is equipped with two epoxy-coated shelves for organized storage. Mobility is facilitated by six casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensuring energy efficiency with a 1/5 HP compressor and 2.6 amps of power. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for food service environments.
