The Traulsen CLST-7230-SD-RRR is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit measures 72 inches wide and is engineered to accommodate up to 30 1/6 size pans, with 4-inch deep pans included and compatibility for 6-inch deep pans. Its durable stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. The unit features solid doors that are hinged on the right and can be reversed in the field for flexible installation. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic control system with an LED display allows for precise temperature management, while two epoxy-coated shelves per section offer organized storage. Mobility is enhanced with six casters, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, making it an eco-friendly choice. With a 1/4 HP compressor and a power consumption of 2.6 amps, this unit is both efficient and reliable. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
