The Traulsen CLUC-27F-SD-L is a compact undercounter freezer designed for efficient storage in commercial kitchens. With a width of 27 inches and a capacity of 6.5 cu. ft., this reach-in freezer features a self-contained rear-mount refrigeration system for optimal cooling performance. It includes one left-hinged solid door that is field reversible for flexible installation. The electronic control with LED display allows for easy temperature monitoring and adjustments. Inside, the freezer is equipped with two epoxy-coated shelves, providing ample space for organizing frozen items. The durable stainless steel exterior ensures longevity and easy cleaning, while the anodized aluminum interior resists corrosion. Mobility is enhanced with four casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates efficiently with a 1/2 HP compressor, requiring a standard 115v/60/1-ph power supply and drawing 5.3 amps. The freezer is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
