The self-contained rear-mount refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance. This unit features two durable drawers for easy access to ingredients, complemented by an electronic control system with an LED display for precise temperature management. A 4-inch backsplash helps keep your workspace clean and organized. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning, while the anodized aluminum interior resists corrosion and enhances hygiene. Mobility is facilitated by four casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The refrigerator uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly, and operates with a 1/5 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 2.4 amps. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
