It features self-contained rear-mount refrigeration for optimal performance and easy access. Equipped with two left-hinged solid doors that are field reversible, this unit offers flexibility in layout. The electronic control with an LED display allows for precise temperature management. Each section includes two epoxy-coated shelves, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior, the Traulsen CLUC-60F-SD-LL is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It rolls smoothly on four casters for easy mobility. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this freezer operates efficiently with a 1/2 HP compressor, requiring 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 6.8 amps. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
